How beneficial are sprouting seeds?
Sprouting seeds grow into nutrition packed young plants once exposed to the right temperature and moisture. Germinating or sprouting is the process needed to grow those seeds into small shoots. You can then add your shoots to salads, sandwiches or snacks. The colour, size, flavour and type of sprouts you get is all based on the seeds you choose. Sprouts are among the most nutritious foods you can get. Imagine what a tiny seed would need to grow a whole plant - a whole lot of strength and nutrition, right? Well, you are ingesting all off that goodness when you eat sprouts. This also includes fiber, enzymes and vitamins too. In short, when it comes to nutrition, it really doesn't get much better than sprouting seeds.
