A fermentation diary is a log of how much fermented food you eat and drink each day. Your diary will help you to understand the effect your eating habits are having on your health, mood, weight and more.

Your Fermented Food Diary:
Energy levels - Do you have increased energy levels?
Quality of sleep - Are you sleeping better?
Appetite - Has your appetite increased or decreased?
Mood - Has your mood improved?
Quantity - How much fermented food are you eating?
What kind - Kefir, fermented veg and / or kombucha?
Regularity - Are you going to the toilet more regularly?
