Did you know that you can make kefir whipped cream? There is so much you can make with our kefir grains and kits - from cheeses to cakes to delicious drinks. All you need is a little bit of know-how:
Kefir whipped cream recipe
Our easy peasy recipe is as follows...
Ingredients:
- 100g heavy whipping cream
- 60g milk kefir
- 10 ml of powdered sugar
- 2 ml of sea salt
Directions:
Simply whip all of the ingredients together using an electric hand mixer (whipping by hand alone is ALOT of work). Try not to over whip your cream, but do make sure the consistency is light and that you can create peaks.
Add strawberries and chocolate and there you have it!
