Using a Kefirko fermentation kit to ferment your fruits and vegetables allows the beneficial microorganisms to grow whilst inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria. You can ferment mixed veggies, sauerkraut, kimchi, fruits or any other vegetable you like. Once fermentation is finished you can store the vegetables or fruits in the fridge. Fermented fruits and vegetables are full of positive microorganisms, nutrients and are absorbed more easily than fresh ones.

How do I store fermented vegetables and fruit?
You can store your fermented vegetables and fruits in the fridge. You can also freeze your fermented produce but low temperatures may kill some of the beneficial microorganisms. Store your fruits and veg in glass jars with a lid and make sure they are covered in brine all the time.
