INGREDIENTS
1 x cabbage 2 x radishes 2 x carrots 1 tbsp root ginger 3 x cloves of garlic 1 tbsp sugar 3-5 tbsp gochujang paste 4 tbsp salt 1 tbsp fish sauce (optional) 20g salt + filtered water for brine

DIRECTIONS Step 1 - Add Salt to water to make brine then cover. (Leave overnight) Step 2 - Drain and chop your veg Step 3 - Add ingredients and mix Step 4 - Add to jar, pound down and pump out the air. FERMENT!
